Background:
Loria B. Yeadon is Chief IP Litigation Counsel of Honeywell International Inc. and serves as the corporate strategic leader of IP litigation. Previously, she served as Assistant General Counsel - Intellectual Property for Aerospace handled all IP matters, including patents, copyrights, licensing, enforcement, acquisitions and Internet issues for various business units.
Prior to joining Honeywell, Mrs. Yeadon served as Senior Counsel for Telcordia Technologies, Inc. (formerly Bellcore) in Morristown, New Jersey where she handled trademark, copyright, patent, licensing, acquisitions and Internet matters for the corporation.
Mrs. Yeadon is the Secretary and member of the Executive Board for the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association and serves as co-chair of its Intellectual Property Committee. She is also a member of the District Ethics Committee for the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey.
Mrs. Yeadon received a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, with distinction, from the University of VA, Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
