Background:

Dave Kohn has over twenty-five years of experience leading and managing a wide range of technical performance teams on key programs across various business areas. These programs have been leading edge programs involving significant systems engineering, software engineering and large real-time systems integration activities.



Currently he is leading Lockheed Martin Undersea Systems Engineering Operations which is responsible for overall technical workload planning, earned value management across all programs, engineering process improvement including CMMI level 5 activities and overall budget responsibility for engineering operations.



He began his career with IBM after graduating from the University of Virginia with a BS in Computer Science in 1979. He is currently on the Industrial Advisory Board for the University of Virginia's Charles L. Brown Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is also a Lockheed Martin relations liaison to the University of Virginia.
