Background:

Dr. Gadient has extensive software development and program management experience with almost 20 years of experience managing EDA tool development and other R&D projects. Prior to joining Neolinear, Dr. Gadient was the Director of Research at SCRA where he led SCRA's many efforts including efforts to develop a concurrent engineering environment focused on improving the design to manufacturing interface. Prior to SCRA, Dr. Gadient served as an Officer and Program Manager in the United States Air Force (USAF) where he helped develop the VHDL language. Dr. Gadient has published many technical articles and has received numerous awards. Dr. Gadient received his PhD degree from Carnegie Mellon University, MBA from Wright-State University, and BSEE from the University of Virginia.
